These terms govern access to Simple Email and related Simple products operated by Tailored AI LLC.

Using the service

You must have authority to use the account, organization, email inboxes, domains, billing methods, and data you connect to the service. You are responsible for users you invite and activity under your account.

You may not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, send spam, bypass provider rules, compromise security, scrape without authorization, or process data you are not allowed to process.

Email and provider access

The service connects to providers such as Gmail and Outlook through OAuth or similar authorization flows. You control whether to grant, revoke, or reconnect provider access.

Provider actions such as sending, archiving, trashing, labeling, marking read, or downloading attachments are performed through the connected provider account and may be reflected in other mail clients.

AI-assisted features

AI-generated summaries, classifications, drafts, recommendations, and answers are for assistance only. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it or sending it to anyone.

The service should not be used as the final decision-maker for legal, compliance, financial, medical, employment, safety, or other high-impact decisions.

Billing

Paid plans, usage allowances, seats, add-ons, trials, and renewals are shown at checkout or in billing settings. Payments are handled by billing providers such as Stripe and Autumn.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel or downgrade through billing settings or by contacting support. Cancellations and downgrades usually take effect at the end of the current billing period unless checkout, an order form, or applicable law says otherwise.

Unless a checkout flow, order form, or applicable law says otherwise, fees are non-refundable once incurred. You remain responsible for charges created before cancellation or downgrade takes effect, including taxes and usage-based charges.

If we materially change paid plan pricing, we will provide notice before the change applies to your next renewal or future usage. Downgrades may reduce usage limits, seats, storage, or access to paid features.

Content and ownership

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, transform, and display content to provide, secure, support, troubleshoot, and improve the service.

This license does not permit us to sell your content or use connected email content, attachments, provider tokens, or derived email artifacts to train internal, custom, generalized, or third-party AI models unless your organization explicitly opts in through a separate written agreement.

We retain ownership of the service, software, documentation, product design, trademarks, and related intellectual property.

Availability and changes

The service may change over time and may include beta or experimental features. We may suspend access to protect the service, comply with law, address nonpayment, or respond to security risk.

The service is provided without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.
