End User License Agreement

Tailored AI LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Simple native apps for your internal personal or business use, subject to these terms and any applicable store rules.

You may not reverse engineer, modify, resell, sublicense, bypass security controls, misuse provider access, or use the app to process information you are not authorized to process, except where law gives you rights that cannot be waived.

The native apps rely on connected services such as Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, our web services, AI providers, billing providers, and update infrastructure. Availability depends on those services and on permissions you grant.

The apps may store local product data, preferences, caches, and derived artifacts on your device or in your iCloud account depending on platform settings.

We may provide updates that add, change, or remove features. Some updates may be required to keep the app secure or compatible with provider APIs.
